We built Den for people who love their dogs. That trust extends to how we handle your information. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Den is operated by Den Pet Co. ("Den," "we," "us"). You can reach our privacy team any time at hello@getden.ai.

2. What we collect

During this early-access period, we collect only what you give us directly:

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, so we can tell you when Den is ready.
• Optional details — your dog's name, breed, or city, if you choose to share them, so we can build something that fits your home.
• Basic analytics — anonymized page views and device type, to understand which parts of the site are helpful. No third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

• To send you product updates you've asked for.
• To invite early-access members ahead of public launch.
• To improve our website and future product.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not profile you for marketing beyond Den.

4. Where it's stored

Waitlist data is stored on encrypted servers in the United States and European Union. Access is limited to a small number of Den employees under strict confidentiality.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@getden.ai. We'll respond within thirty days. If you're in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data authority.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your preferences and measure site performance. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

7. Children

Den is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change, and note the date at the top. For material changes, we'll email anyone on the waitlist before they take effect.
