Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of den.co during our early-access period. They're written to be readable. If anything is unclear, write to us at hello@getden.ai.

1. Agreement

By using den.co or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. These terms may evolve as we approach launch; we'll note the date of the most recent revision at the top.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves a place in line for early access. It is not a purchase, a binding pre-order, or a guarantee of product availability, pricing, or features. We expect to invite members in small batches and will email you directly when your invitation is ready.

3. Your account information

You agree to provide accurate information and to let us know if it changes. You can update or remove your waitlist entry at any time by emailing hello@getden.ai.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, automated, or fraudulent waitlist entries.
• Interfere with the site, scrape it, or attempt to access systems you aren't authorized to access.
• Use Den's name, marks, or content in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Den name, logo, design, photography, and written content are ours. You may share links to den.co freely. For any other use of our materials, please ask.

6. Third-party links

Den may link to sites we don't operate. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice — if you have concerns about your dog's health, please speak with a licensed veterinarian.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Den Pet Co. and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or waitlist at our discretion, for any reason, including suspected misuse. You may leave the waitlist at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
